About Me

Currently, I have a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS)  credential. I earned a Master of Science in Education, with a specialization in School Psychology, from the California Baptist University Riverside. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California Riverside.  Early in my career, I was interested in supporting children’s academic success and social-emotional well-being throughout their developmental stages. My past work experiences included being a mentor, mental health worker, and bilingual instructional aide.  The best advice I have received was to always look at the bright side of a difficult situation, be grateful for what you have and be flexible to change.  During my free time, I enjoy listening to music, drawing, painting, dancing, or reading a book.  My favorite subjects in school were history and art. The values that have been important throughout my life are to treat others as you want to be treated, be responsible for your actions, have compassion and empathy towards others.
