About Me

Hello, I’m Mr. Caudillo!  After teaching in Ohio for several years, I moved to the Central Valley. I’m glad for the opportunity to teach English Language Arts at Matilda Torres High School. I enjoy teaching because of the opportunity it grants me to work with young people, helping them realize their potential. I also enjoy reading and thinking about stories, writing, and playing music. I am happily married to my beautiful wife who is also a teacher. We enjoy going on trips to the beach and to new cities to explore.

I have taught intervention to Advanced Placement (AP) classes in English and Social Science at the secondary level. In addition to being a teacher, I have been a class advisor, club advisor, curriculum coach, TSA, and badminton coach.

As an economist, I try to earn a compound return over time. I am passionate about closing the achievement gap because doing so will allow my students to reap the greatest return over the longest period of time.
